We spray PolyCon foam and we'll tell you straight which one fits your building. Sometimes it's a mix.
PC 2000 closed cell
About R-7.1 per inch. Rigid and moisture resistant. Good for metal buildings, poultry houses, basements, rim joists, crawlspaces, and roof decks.
PC 450 open cell
About R-3.9 per inch. Soft, quiets sound, and a good value for walls, attics, and rooflines.

Yes. We're based in Morgantown, PA, about an hour from Wilmington, and we regularly work for builders, commercial owners, and farms across New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties.
Closed cell or open cell: which do I need?
It depends on the building. Closed cell (PolyCon PC 2000, about R-7.1 per inch) is best where moisture is an issue and on steel, like metal buildings, poultry houses, basements, and roof decks. Open cell (PolyCon PC 450, about R-3.9 per inch) is a good value for walls, attics, and sound control. We'll recommend what makes sense, and sometimes that's a mix.
Will an owner be on my job?
Yes. We're owner-operated, and an owner is on site for every job. You won't get a crew you've never met.
